הושע – The Book of Hosea

The Prophet Hosea ── inspired by the Spirit of God ── has grave warnings for the modern nations of the House of Israel. The United States of America, and her Anglo-Saxon-descended allies – including JUDAH. Modern-day Israel. 

Many believe that the Book of Hosea was written sometime between 755 and 710 BC during the latter part of the eighth century. The name “Hôšēa’” means “salvation.” 1

Notice the beginning of this amazing Book ──

“The word of the LORD that came to Hosea the son of Beeri, in the days of Uzziah, Jotham, Ahaz, and Hezekiah, kings of Judah, and in the days of Jeroboam the son of Joash, king of Israel.” – Hosea 1:1.

The LORD God had told Hosea to take for himself prostitutes as wives ── as a living illustration of Israel’s unfaithfulness to the LORD God. His marriages was a PROPHETIC SIGN, showing how the LORD God has remained faithful to the House of Israel despite the fact that Israel has committed spiritual adultery against Him over and over again. 

The LORD God warns ── through His prophet ── in these dual prophecies concerning Ephraim, Israel, and Judah of grave tribulations! Today, again, the United States of America, and her Anglo-Saxon-descended allies – including JUDAH. Modern-day Israel. 

Notice what the LORD God warns in chapter 5 ── 

“’ The PRIDE of Israel testifies to his face; Therefore Israel and Ephraim stumble in their iniquity; JUDAH also stumbles with them.’” – Hosea 5:5. 

The Eternal One, our great and mighty God, is specifically showing us in this dual prophecy that there are coming great troubles to ISRAEL, EPHRAIM, and JUDAH,  respectively. And it coincides with Daniel 11:39-42.

Notice in chapter 8 that the great God of Israel warns that “’ Israel has forgotten his Maker, And has built temples; …’” ── and you can certainly think of the untold number of church buildings, temples, and mosques that have been constructed throughout the United States, the United Kingdom, and her Commonwealth Nations! “ … ‘Judah also has multiplied fortified cities; …’” ── And, as of now, there are 10 Iron Dome batteries deployed along Israel's borders that are protecting many of its cities. “’ But,’” says the LORD God, “ …’ I will send fire upon his cities, And it shall devour his palaces.’” – Hosea 8:14.

The cities of ancient Sodom & Gomorrah were utterly destroyed, and are used as an example because of their unrepentant and unapologetic sexual immorality ── and for their outright emotional detachment from others. Especially strangers. Sadly, we are witnessing an uptick and an increase in evils surpassing even the sins of those cities of the plain that were destroyed! Read or listen today to Minister Guy LaMar’s Commentary, “Homosexuality.” Now, there are a great many who do not believe that the Prophet Hosea’s dire message from the LORD God has anything to do with the modern descendants of Jacob, whose name was later changed to Israel. Yet, we too are told to speak the warnings of these prophets of God, “ … ‘whether they hear of whether they refuse ── for they are a rebellious house ── yet they will know that a prophet has been among them.’” – Ezekiel 2:5.

“THEREFORE, thus says the Holy One of Israel: ‘Because you despise this word, And trust in oppression and perversity, And rely on them, 13) Therefore this iniquity shall be to you Like a breach ready to fall, A bulge in a high wall, Whose breaking comes SUDDENLY, in an instant. 14) And He shall break it like the breaking of the potter’s vessel, Which is broken in pieces; He shall not spare.’” – Isaiah 30:12-14.

The supposed God-fearing and God-trusting Anglo-Saxon-descended nations should know better than to allow into our nations unvetted illegal immigrants (and even legal immigrants) who DO NOT ASSIMILATE INTO OUR WESTERN FOUNDING CULTURE! Under the President Trump and Vice President Vance Administration, the United States of America is trying to correct some of this ── but, Satan the Devil “has come down to you, having great wrath, because he knows that he has a short time” left – cf. Revelation 12:12. Our nations as a whole SHOULD REPENT AND RETURN TO THE LORD GOD!

The Prophet Hosea was inspired to warn ── 

“ … ‘the Assyrian shall be his king, BECAUSE THEY REFUSED TO REPENT.’” – Hosea 11:5. 

In this dual-natured prophecy, the LORD God is making it clear to us that an end-time Assyria ── which is, in all respects, modern-day Germany ── will be used to punish, e.g., Isaiah 10:5.

Sadly, the large majority of the Anglo-Saxon and even Celtic peoples will be made subjugated to a powerful unified “United States of Europe”. 

Warnings of tribulations and distresses upon our peoples continue ── 

“’ When Ephraim saw his sickness, And Judah saw his wound, Then Ephraim WENT TO ASSYRIA … Yet he cannot cure you, Nor heal you of your wound. 14) For I will be like a lion to Ephraim, And like a young lion to the house of Judah. I, even I, will tear them and go away; I will take them away, and no one shall rescue.’” – Hosea 5:13-14. 

Ephraim (modern-day Britain and her Commonwealth peoples) tries to make a deal with Assyria (modern-day Germany)! And Judah, too (modern-day Israel), shall be greatly damaged (cf. Isaiah 22:8-9).

The Prophet Hosea ── inspired by the very Spirit of God ── speaks metaphorically within this dual prophecy of exactly what is occurring to a modern nation of Israel. Samaria – which could very well be a reference to our modern United States of America. She is being swallowed up by ALIENS ── 

“’ For from Israel is even this: A workman made it, and it is not God; But the calf of Samaria shall be broken to pieces. 7) They sow the wind, And reap the whirlwind. The stalk has no bud; It shall never produce meal. If it should produce, Aliens would swallow it up. 8) Israel is swallowed up; Now they are among the Gentiles Like a vessel in which is no pleasure.’” – Hosea 8:6-8.

In this dual prophecy, the LORD God is condemning our modern-day idolatrous images that so many worship – most who call themselves “Christians” are as polytheistic as Hindus. The following are a few of the West’s most popular idols ──

• Money, Riches, and Wealth 
• The Automobile 
• Celebritism and Fame
• Professional Sports 
• Politics

Our nation’s worship of our idols will be our downfall. The Prophet Hosea condemned the idol worship in ancient Samaria, emphasizing the utter futility of worshiping, as the LORD God says ── 

“’ Israel will cry to Me, ‘My God, we know You!’ 3) Israel has rejected the good; The enemy will pursue him.’” – Hosea 8:2-3.

WARNINGS for our modern-day Anglo-Saxon nations continue ── and I warn you of the graphic language ── 

“’ Though he is fruitful among his brethren, An east wind shall come; The Wind of the LORD shall come up from the wilderness. Then his spring shall become dry, And his fountain shall be dried up.

He shall plunder the treasury of every desirable prize. 16) Samaria is held guilty, For she has rebelled against her God. They shall fall by the sword, Their infants shall be dashed in pieces, And their women with child ripped open.’” – Hosea 13:15-16.

So notice that Samaria is included here. Does this indicate that because the United States of America is a giant “melting pot,” many of our peoples, too, shall fall by the sword? Ancient Samaria was indeed a melting pot of cultures and beliefs.

Notice Hosea chapter 7, where Ephraim is also trying to make a deal with Egypt and Assyria. Here, however, it appears that the USA is no longer a sovereign nation ── 

“’ Ephraim also is like a silly dove, without sense ── They call to Egypt, They go to Assyria. 12) Wherever they go, I will spread My net on them; I will bring them down like birds in the air; I will chastise them according to what their congregation has heard.

13) WOE TO THEM, for they have fled from Me! Destruction to them, Because they have transgressed against Me! Though I redeemed them, yet they have spoken lies against Me.’” – Hosea 7:11-13. 

These words from our Eternal and Mighty God to the Ephraimites (the United Kingdom and her Commonwealth Nations, such as Canada, Australia, and New Zealand) and to Judah (modern Israel) is that they somehow believe they should get some kind of protection from Assyria (modern-day Germany), possibly because Menasseh/Israel (the modern-day nation of the United States of America) had made various treaties before ── and was (and will be) the primary reason why the original king of the North attacked the “strongest fortresses” and took them into subjugation. 

Also, it shows us that one of the reasons that Israel, including Ephraim, is swallowed up is because they trusted Assyria. A people, in which Isaiah 10 shows us, is a people that destroys nations ── much like Germany started both world wars! Which, of course, modern historians hotly debate. 

The final written words that the Prophet Hosea wrote down that the LORD had spoken to him begin with ──

“’ Who is wise? Let him understand these things. Who is prudent? Let him know them. For the ways of the LORD are right; The righteous walk in them, But transgressors stumble in them.’” – Hosea 14:9.

Additional "Minor" Prophets of God:

The Book of Amos ── The Prophet Amos is saying that he is no prophet by the traditional means ── from the school of prophets, rather, he is a prophet because of the authority of the LORD God.

The Book of Joel ── I’m not speaking of Superman’s father, Jor-El from Krypton. I’m speaking of a prophet of the LORD our God!

What Are the Requirements For the Kingdom of God?

I’m continuing to take some time and type up some articles concerning repentance and the glorious kingdom of God. A couple of articles that I would like you to read are “Repent ── and Surrender to God!” and “GOD – the GREAT LIFE GIVER!” 

Now, we’ve been going through some of the New Testament, and seeing why it is that a great many people believe exactly opposite of what God’s living word truly says. And going through some of the Books of the New Testament on what our Lord Jesus did teach, as well as what He taught His disciples. And what they preached. In the first article (mentioned above), we were in the 11th chapter of the Book of Matthew, in which our Lord Jesus sent out the disciples.

As we move along here, I want you to notice some things. Notice a number of things that our Lord Jesus taught, and that He had instructed them to teach, that were completely different from what you hear being taught today in these worldly churches. And, why this change? Well… let’s notice what He taught. Matthew chapter 9, verse 35 ──

“Then Jesus went about all the cities and villages, teaching in their synagogues, preaching THE GOSPEL OF THE KINGDOM, and healing every sickness and every disease among the people.”

So, He was preaching the kingdom of God. And, the kingdom of God is the government of God. And I want you to pay close attention to the very fact that God is not a being ── but God, in the truest sense of the word, means family. In Hebrew,  it is Elohim. A ruling family of all the universe ── consisting of our Father God and our Lord Jesus Christ, the Son of God.

In fact, the very first verse of God’s living word reads, “In the beginning [Elohim] created the heavens and the earth.” The word Elohim is a plural word that means “more than one.”

Our “LORD God” – YHWH Elohim is a compound term that is composed of two nouns. As in English, Hebrew nouns are divided into two categories: common nouns and proper nouns. Common nouns refer to a general group or class, but proper nouns refer to a particular person, place, or thing. According to Hebrew rules of grammar, YHWH – as a proper noun – can only be followed by a noun or noun phrase that either qualifies YHWH or is in apposition to YHWH (i.e., a noun or noun phrase that refers exclusively to YHWH). Therefore, when the proper noun YHWH is used with Elohim, as in LORD God, both nouns must be interpreted as referring to the Godhead. 1 So, it is a kingdom of beings. And we read of this in the New Testament, John chapter 1, and verse 1 ──

“In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.” – paraphrased.

So, how could the Word be with God, and also be God? Because there are two separate beings. When our Lord Jesus was on earth, He prayed to the Father in the upper heavenly realms. It was a family relationship. He called Him the Father. And, He said that He had not come of Himself. He spoke nothing of Himself. He could do NOTHING of Himself. He said that the Father had sent Him, and had given Him a commandment of what to say and what He should preach. He spoke as the Father had commanded. He said, “ … ‘ I have kept My Father’s commandments …’” – John 15:10. 

Can a person be their own father? Well… apparently, a great many people think so. A great many people think there is only one being. Can a man be his own father? Unless the person has multiple personalities ── it’s rather ridiculous to even think. Our Lord Jesus Christ was made human. He became: “ … flesh and dwelt among us, and [men] beheld His glory … the only begotten OF THE FATHER, …” – John 1:14. 

He didn’t begat Himself. You are begotten of your father. And every single one of us has been begotten of our human fathers. Our Lord Jesus said, “’ That which is born of the flesh is flesh, …’” – John 3:6.

But, when we are born of God ── God willing ── we shall be wholly spirit. Our Lord Jesus was begotten of Father God, and He was made flesh ── but He was also begotten of Father God in spirit (See: What Was Christ Jesus!?). And then He was made wholly spirit by a resurrection, and is God. The firstborn of many brethren.

So, in the beginning was the Word, and the Word was God, and the Word was with God. Our Lord Jesus was made flesh ── and He was made flesh for the purpose of death. Now, Spirit ── according to the eternal One ── is eternal (cf. Romans 6:23). Yet, our Lord Jesus was made flesh, so He could die, and did (Revelation 1:18), and when He died ── He was dead. And when He was dead, there was no life left in Him. And, I want you to pay close attention: If there was not another being in the upper heavenly realms, who was His glorious Father, to resurrect Him, to impart life to Him, and bring Him back to life ── our Lord Jesus Christ would not be alive today. And we would have no Savior.

My Brethren, Friends, and Co-Workers in Christ ── one cannot be saved and receive the glorious gift of eternal life from the blood of Jesus Christ. Because that blood was mortal blood. We are told in the Book of Leviticus, and I think it’s chapter 17, that the life of our flesh is in the blood. Of humans and all animals. Now… not all animals have blood, but the ones that do have blood – their life is in their blood.

We Are Reconciled to God the Father Through The Death of our Lord Jesus Christ 

If our Lord Jesus Christ, our Savior, our Elder Brother, had not risen from the dead, we could never really have been saved. We are only reconciled to God the Father through the death of His Son. We are forgiven our past sins. And, yes, we are justified. Yet, justification has only to do with our past sins, not with our future life, but only with our past sins. But we are made righteous and gifted eternal life by the life of Jesus Christ, our Lord, and not by His death.

So, with your Bible in front of you ── turn with me, if you will, to the Book of Romans, chapter 5, the 9th & 10th verses ──

Well… first notice verse 11. “And not only that, but we also rejoice in God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom we have now received THE RECONCILIATION.” 

“Much more then, having now been justified by His blood, we shall be saved from wrath through Him. 10) For if when we were enemies we were reconciled to God THROUGH THE DEATH OF HIS SON, much more, having been reconciled, we shall be saved BY THIS LIFE.”

So, we have been justified ── not by His resurrection, but by His blood. Of which He poured out and paid our death penalty in our stead.

We have broken the immutable Law of God. Sin is the transgression of the Law. We, therefore, have transgressed against the government of God. Because God the Father is the SUPREME RULER OF THE UNIVERSE. And, we have brought upon ourselves the penalty of the Law, which is DEATH (Ezekiel 18:4, 20). And this Law claims our life, we’re under the Law. But our merciful and loving Savior, Jesus Christ, put Himself under the Law, in our stead. And the Law took His life. Because He didn’t take the life of the Law and end the Law ── no, it ended Him, and He died. He paid in our stead, so that we could be justified of our past sins, because He paid the ultimate penalty that we have incurred.

So we, brethren, were enemies of God ── as we all are before conversion. And, as you are reading, listening, or watching ── at this very moment, you are an enemy of God unless you have properly repented, been properly baptized and have had hands laid upon you, having received the glorious gift of the Holy Spirit, have been forgiven of your past sins, have been justified of your past sins through the blood of Christ Jesus. And through the death of Christ Jesus, have been reconciled to Father God ── because if not, and I don’t mean to offend you, but with the authority of our Lord Jesus, you are an enemy of God.  

Again, “For if when we were enemies we were reconciled to God through the death of His Son, much more, having been reconciled, we shall be saved by His life.” – Romans 5:10. 

If you need to, read that again. Because I truly want you to notice it. We were ── if you’ve already had your past sins forgiven ── reconciled to Father God. We are now reconciled ── therefore, it is speaking of true Christians. 

Also… “we shall be” ── speaking of our glorious future. God willing.

Yet, nearly everywhere you go around the world, you hear people exclaim, “I was saved on …” and then they mention a specific date. They say, “I have been saved!” The Apostle Paul, not once, ever said that. What did he say? He said you have been reconciled to God. We have been justified. That’s it. We, brethren, are still in the flesh ── and the gift of God is eternal life.

Again, “ … much more, having been reconciled [which has already taken place], we shall be saved [which hasn’t taken place yet, it’s in the future] by His life [not by His death].” – Romans 5:10. 

SAVED BY HIS LIFE! 

Let us ── let us wake up to the living truth of God. Let us no longer be deceived.

GOD ── Is A Family 

So, our Lord Jesus is the FIRSTBORN of many brethren ── and we can be begotten of God. And again our Lord Jesus preached the KINGDOM OF GOD. He said, If you have been born of the flesh, you are flesh. If you are mortal, you are mortal. But He also said, “’ You must be born again.’” And that, unless you are born again, you cannot even see the kingdom of God. So, the kingdom of God is A SPIRITUAL KINGDOM. 

And He said, “ … ‘and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.’” – John 3:6. 

Then He uses a metaphor for everyone born of the Spirit ── it’s like the wind. “ … ‘ you hear the sound of it, but cannot tell where it comes from and where it goes.’” We cannot see wind. Therefore, everyone in the kingdom of God is invisible to mortal eyes. You cannot see, hear, touch, taste, or smell them.

Yes. Knowledge of spiritual things, spiritual principles, and spiritual beings cannot come to us ── into our physical mortal mind ── by our five senses, or six, or twelve, of which we were born with. Anything spiritual can only come to us by the gift of God ── through His Holy Spirit, and by the glorious revelation from the LORD God. Our physical mortal minds were not created to receive anything spiritual – knowledge or otherwise. 

Yet, sadly, most in the world confuse emotions and sentiments with spirit. And they come to believe that that is spiritual. But that is not spiritual. Because spirituality is YIELDING TO ALMIGHTY GOD, RECEIVING SPIRITUAL KNOWLEDGE BECAUSE YOU’RE RECONCILED TO ALMIGHTY GOD. And, we have contact with Him through prayer, through Bible study, through surrender to Him, through repentance, and through our Lord Jesus Christ ── our personal Savior. And the LORD God then, through and by Their glorious Spirit, will open our minds to comprehend, to understand spiritual things. The carnal mind cannot comprehend spiritual things. 

“But God has revealed them to us through His Spirit. …” – 1 Corinthians 2:10. 

So our Lord Jesus preached THE KINGDOM OF GOD. And, the kingdom of God is the government of God. But it’s also the family of God. And He taught how we can enter into that family. And, we have to be “born again.” We have to properly repent of our past sins. We have to be reconciled to God. We have to be justified of our past sins. We have to receive the gift of eternal life through the Spirit of God, we have to be begotten, and we also have to OVERCOME. We have to overcome and master our own self, and that’s going to be a struggle ── it’s not going to be easy. 

The Disciples Sent to ISRAEL To the ‘lost sheep’ of the House of Israel 

Turning once again to Matthew chapter 10, our Lord Jesus said to His twelve, “’ But go rather to the lost sheep of the house of Israel.’” – vs. 6. And, they were literally “lost” – the lost ten tribes. They were not Jews. They had never been called Jews.

And they were truly lost. They were lost in their identity because they did not know that they were actually ISRAELITES. Also, they were lost spiritually, and they needed salvation. And, our Lord Jesus Christ was sending His disciples to show them the Way. In the 11th chapter of the Book of Romans, the Apostle Paul explains how these natural Israelites had been broken off from their tree. That the natural olive tree is ISRAEL, begotten of God and filled with the Spirit of God. Now… Israelites naturally born ── were born of the olive tree ── but the very moment they committed their first sin, they were broken off. And all have sinned and have fallen short of the glory of God, so every Israelite had broken off from that olive tree. 

On the other hand, Gentiles are pictured as the branches of a wild olive tree. So, Gentile nations are of a wild olive tree. Each Gentile is a little branch of the wild olive tree, and has been cut off from that tree ── and has been grafted onto the natural olive tree, if they belong to Christ Jesus. If they have been converted and are a true Christian. If they have received the glorious gift of the Spirit of God, been begotten of God, and have become a begotten child of God. In my THINK ABOUT THIS… 'until the fullness of the Gentiles'? I speak of this. And there was a comment in which the person was confused and thought that the “wild olive tree” grafted in is Israel,  and that Israel was of Gentile ancestry. I pray that I have explained it more easily. 

Now, the natural branches of the olive tree that have been broken off because of unbelief, because of sin, can be grafted back on again ── just the same way that Gentiles can be. So, it gets down to this ── everyone has sinned, everyone needs ATONEMENT, everyone needs REDEMPTION through our Lord Jesus Christ, whether Jew or Gentile. But, if a Gentile belongs to Christ Jesus, then you are Abraham’s children, spiritually begotten ISRAELITES. 

Of course, our Lord Jesus also said, “’ Do not go into the way of the Gentiles, … But go rather to the lost sheep of the house of Israel.’” – Matthew 10:5, 6.

So, that is who He sent them to. Here’s another thing ── He said to His disciples as He was sending them out on this journey. They were students learning to be apostles. They would be given the authority to be ambassadors, to be representatives of His government ── the kingdom of God. Because He also said, “’ My kingdom is not of this world. …’” – John 18:36.

In other words, His government is not a worldly government. Because the governments – the kingdoms – of this world are but human kingdoms, all ruled by men according to the will of man. According to vanity, lust, greed, and selfishness. But our Lord Jesus’ kingdom is not of this world. When our Lord Jesus establishes His kingdom on earth, it shall rule over every nation, every government, every kingdom. All governments on earth will be destroyed, “’ The kingdoms of this world have become the kingdoms of our Lord [God the Father] and of His Christ, and He shall reign FOREVER AND EVER!’” – Revelation 11:15.

Sheep Among Wolves 

Our Lord Jesus said, “’ Behold, I send you out as sheep in the midst of wolves. …’” – Matthew 10:16.

Which means, we’re going out throughout the world teaching people, and many people are just like wolves. They’re going to tear us apart. Think about what happens to a sheep that enters a pack of wolves. Suppose you sent twelve sheep out, and they journey into a pack of about 20 wolves ── how long do you suppose those twelve sheep are going to survive? Again, I want you to look closely at this under your magnifying glass. When our Lord Jesus sent His young and rather inexperienced disciples out on this journey, they truly were like sheep being thrown among a pack of wolves. Today, it’s not so much like that. And let me tell you why. And ── I’ve personally witnessed this, and spoken of this very thing many times now ── I do not see much persecution being thrown at the churches of this world. Because they preach what the people want to hear. I believe it’s in 2nd Timothy chapter 4, verses 3 & 4 there is the phrase “itching ears” ── “For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine, but according to their own desires, because they have itching ears, they will heap up for themselves teachers; 4) and they will turn their ears away from THE TRUTH, and be turned aside to fables.”                      

And, under divine inspiration, the Prophet Isaiah speaks of this as well ──

“Now go [because here is a prophecy], write it before them on a tablet, And note it on a scroll, That it may be for time to come, Forever and ever [meaning, certainly, a prophecy for our time, his far future]: 9) That this is a rebellious people, Lying children [so again, a prophecy for his future, not in the Prophet Isaiah’s day], Children who will not hear the Law of the LORD; 10) Who say to the seers, ‘Do not see,’ And to the prophets, ‘Do not prophesy to us right things; Speak to us smooth things, prophesy deceits.’” – Isaiah 30:8-10. 

Just how many of our peoples throughout the world are in that boat? A boat in which they refuse to hear or see what the Spirit has to say? Because the LAW OF GOD is love. It’s one of the greatest and most loving bestowals of blessings that God the Father and our Lord Jesus could ever bestow upon mankind. God’s Law, which is love towards the LORD God, and love towards our fellowman. God’s Law, which is the Way to peace, and true and lasting happiness. It’s also the Way to eternal life. 

The LORD God is telling us that IN OUR DAY there are rebellious people, rebellious children ── who are against God. They don’t want anything to do with God ── unless it’s under their rules. 

“’ Get out of the way, Turn aside from the path, Cause the Holy One of Israel To cease from before us.’” – vs. 11. They say. 

And, “They profess to know God, but in works they deny Him, …” – Titus 1:16. That truly is what they are doing. They preach soft and smooth things ── and as I’ve said before, they reason amongst themselves their sins (cf. Matthew 16:7-11). And the people love their preaching because everything is acceptable. O’, they may say that it is a sin on the surface, but behind closed doors, “God still loves you – God still accepts you! God loves you as you are!” Here’s an example: Pope Francis had stated that God loves homosexuals as they are. In an interview, the pope said, “We are all children of God, and God loves us as we are!” 2 They preach smooth things – things that itching ears love to hear. So that when they send their preachers out today, they’re not sheep being thrown among wolves, but rather, they go out as masters. And the people love them and can’t get enough of them. Some World News In Relation to Biblical Prophecy ── July 27

There are a couple of false predictions that I want to first address. In a post entitled “Will the European Union Survive? A Look at Martin Armstrong’s Claim:” I speak of this. He is predicting a nuclear war between the USA & Russia in a few weeks from now. (See: ZeroHedge – "Plan On It!" Martin Armstrong Sees '100% Chance Of Nuclear War').

Certainly, while nuclear devastation appears to be prophesied in God’s living word, or at the least, an electromagnetic pulse (EMP) attack. No. World War III is not about to begin. 

This American self-taught economic forecaster and convicted felon, Martin Armstrong, has a computer program that is called Socrates, which he claims is accurate in its predictions. Well… neither he nor his computer appears to rely, nor understand, God’s living word concerning biblical prophecies. Especially when it comes to Europe. 

Now is not the time, “ …’ See that you are not troubled; … but the end is not yet.’” – Matthew 24:6. Nor is Russia prophesied to cause nuclear devastation upon the United States of America. 

Devastating events that may resemble nuclear explosions and their aftermath ── such as volcanoes erupting worldwide, and or asteroids striking the earth ── are part of God’s prophesied curses upon an unrepentant mankind ── 

“’ The whole land is brimstone, salt, and burning; it is not sown, nor does it bear, nor does any grass grow there, like the overthrow of Sodom and Gomorrah, Admah, and Zeboiim, which the LORD overthrew in His anger and His wrath.’” – Deuteronomy 29:23. 

“Through the wrath of the LORD of hosts The land is burned up, And the people shall be as fuel for the fire; No man shall spare his brother. 20) And he shall snatch on the right hand And be hungry; He shall devour on the left hand And not be satisfied; Every man shall eat the flesh of his own arm. 21) Manasseh shall devour Ephraim, and Ephraim Manasseh; Together they shall be against Judah.” – Isaiah 9:19-21.

“’ In all your dwelling places the cities shall be laid waste, and the high places [those places where people go to worship] shall be desolate, so that your altars may be laid waste and made desolate, your idols may be broken and made to cease, your incense altars may be cut down, and your works may be abolished.’” – Ezekiel 6:6.

Yes, certainly devastation will come from some type of weapon or natural calamities. And surely, Europe will take advantage of this devastation.

The “beast” power prophesied will be European. And, the Europeans are militarizing to an ever-greater extent because of the policies of the Trump Administration, as well as the conflict between Russia & Ukraine. 

Eventually, because of a reorganized and united Europe, the sovereignties of the United States of America as well as her Anglo-Saxon allies will come to an end ── as one such prophecy shows us ──

“Thus he [a final European civic leader] shall act against the strongest fortresses with a foreign god, which he shall acknowledge, and advance its glory; and he shall cause them to rule over many, and divide the land for gain.” – Daniel 11:39.

So, this is a final “beast” power from a “United States of Europe” – also called the king of the North – which borders the Great Sea (See: Daniel chapter 7).

Now, while some may think that the European Union will collapse, God’s living word says otherwise ──   

“Then I stood on the sand of the sea [speaking of the Mediterranean Sea]. And I saw a beast rising up out of the sea, having seven heads and ten horns, and on his horns TEN CROWNS, and on his heads a blasphemous name. 

2) Now the beast which I saw was like a leopard, his feet were like the feet of a bear, and his mouth like the mouth of a lion. The DRAGON gave him his power, his throne, and great authority. 3) And I saw on his heads as if it had been mortally wounded, and his deadly wound was healed. And all the world marveled and followed the beast. 

4) So they worshiped the dragon who gave authority to the beast; and they worshiped the beast, saying, ‘Who is like the beast? Who is able to make war with him?’” – Revelation 13:1-4.

Again, the “sea” that the Apostle John is referencing above is “the Great Sea.”

So, no. A massive nuclear war between the USA & Russia is NOT about to begin. Let us always remember the living words of our Savior ── 

“’ Watch therefore, and pray always that you may be counted worthy to escape all these things that will come to pass, and to stand before the Son of Man.’” – Luke 21:36.

And let us also remember to pray always for His kingdom to come – soon. 

Now ── the other false prediction is that there is a Jewish rabbi, Isser Weisberg, who is claiming that Israel’s victory in its 12-day war against Iran is, and I quote ── “The Last Prophecy before Moshiach!” (See: ISRAƐL365NEWS - Israel’s 12-Day Victory of Iran: the Final Prophecy).

There are so many issues with this, it’s hard to begin. 

First. Our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, does not return until after “’ nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom’” – what we believe is a reference to Daniel 11:40-43. Until after massive earthquakes in various places, which will certainly cause massive volcanoes and untold destruction. Until the end-time prophets arise and begin preaching the kingdom of God to the subjugated nations of Israel (Matthew 24:9-15). Until the two-fold ‘abomination of desolation’ stands in Jerusalem. Until the prophesied ‘great tribulation’ spoken by our Lord Jesus ── a time of devastation as “’ has not been since the beginning of the world until this time, no, nor ever shall be.’” Because “’ Immediately after the tribulation of those days’” the atmosphere will be so thick with ash clouds and dust that “ ’the sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give its light.’” Until Satan the Devil and his demons “’ fall from heaven [the atmosphere]’” and are delegated only to the earth. THEN… and not until then… “ ’the sign of the Son of Man will appear in heaven [in space] …’” – and those of the earth will mourn. 

Second. Isaiah 45:1, which Isser Weisberg has referred to, is NOT a prophecy concerning President Donald Trump as Cyrus II of Persia, known as Cyrus the Great! Within God’s living word, nowhere does it claim that President Donald Trump is a modern-day Cyrus. 

Let us always believe the LORD God in His living word over any eye-catching headlines and improper man-made biblical interpretations. Indeed, our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, is soon coming, but there still remain several prophetic events that must occur beforehand.       

In EUROPE ── the European Union reportedly has had an increase in internal unity since President Donald Trump’s inauguration and implemented tariffs. (See: The New York Times – How Trump Is Bringing Europe Together Again). Of course, consider that The New York Times is Left of Center with its “journalism.” 

Now, while Europe is prophesied to have problems uniting (cf. Daniel 2:41-43), it will unite enough to contribute to the end of the United States of America and our Anglo-Saxon allies' sovereignty (Daniel 8 and Daniel 11:39).

In the USA ── secular news sources are continuing to sound the alarm concerning the US dollar’s dominance, Europe, and gold. (See: Futubull – Fluctuations in the US dollar have prompted alternative options, leading Emerging Markets to surge in issuing euro-denominated bonds). Let us also consider BBC’s report (See: BBC – US debt is now $37tn – should we be worried?). 

Back in 2019, I had written, “We realize and understand that based upon biblical prophecies such as Daniel 11:39 as well as Habakkuk 2:6-8, the time is soon coming when the United States of America will no longer dominate the world. Other major players in the world, like the EU, Russia, and China, are intent on eliminating the U.S. dollar’s dominance (See: Dollar Dominance Under Multiple, Converging Threats; retrieved again 27 July 2025). Only a relative few in America see the writing on the wall, yet biblical prophecies show us that it will indeed occur, and this world continues moving in that direction.” According to my notes, one of the first times that I spoke about the US National Debt was July 30th, 2019. It was $22.5 trillion. Today it’s at $37.1 trillion! 

So, while God’s living word does show us that gold and silver will one day be considered worse than useless (cf. Ezekiel 7:19), His living word also shows us that gold and silver will still have value even after the USA and her Anglo-Saxon allies will have been subjugated (cf. Daniel 11:39-43). Indeed, the US dollar will fully collapse, and some type of European-backed currency will be implemented, possibly the Euro, to replace the US dollar as the world’s reserve currency. 

We hope and pray that you are taking the proper spiritual steps to be “ …’ counted worthy to escape all these things that will come to pass, and to stand before the Son of Man.’” – Luke 21:36. □  

Is God Judging You ── Now?

We’ve been seeing in the news about the untimely deaths of several celebrities. I’m sure you have thought about what has happened to your loved ones and friends who have died. Do you know what our Lord Jesus Christ said concerning this? Because most people don’t know the truth of God in this matter. Our Lord Jesus said in the Book of John, chapter 5, and verses 28 & 29, “’ Do not marvel at this; for the hour is coming in which all who are in the graves will hear His voice 29) and come forth──those who have done good, to the resurrection of life, and those who have done evil [which means, those who have not kept the holy and righteous commandments of God], to the resurrection of [judgment].’”

And, this is what I want to speak about today. Judgment. Is God judging you – now?

I saw a photo that had several dead celebrities who just died this year together as a group, floating on a cloud ── I guess they were all supposed to be in heaven. Is this where they are? Well… our Lord Jesus taught a resurrection from the dead. Why is it that most do not properly understand this resurrection from the dead?

As you change the channel on your television and search through all the televised church services this Sunday, in nearly all religious broadcasts, you will only hear preaching about this life. Yet, we are told in the likes of 1st Corinthians, chapter 15, and verse 19 ── “If IN THIS LIFE ONLY we have hope in Christ, we are of all men the most pitiable.” Our Lord Jesus Christ’s gospel Message has a large portion to do with LIFE AFTER DEATH. 

Under the divine influence of God’s Spirit, the Apostle Paul wrote ──

“For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ, all shall be made alive.” – vs. 22. 

So, everyone we have ever known ── family members and friends ── who has died, they all died in Adam. And, in Christ Jesus shall all be made alive again! 

God’s living word teaches us of a resurrection from the dead. But, why is it that people preach that if a person lived a “good” life (or has been immediately “saved” before death), they immediately go to heaven or if the person has not lived a “good” life (by whatever standard is placed upon what their definition of “good” is), they immediately go to hell and are burned and burned and burned ── and burned some more ── for ever and ever?

God’s living word says ── and I was absolutely gobsmacked when I saw this back in the year 1981 ── that “the wages of sin is death, …” – Romans 6:23. And like our dear brother and friend, Leon Daniels, just recently asked ── What do the Sunday keepers do with these Scriptures? Because, apparently, they believe that the wages of sin is everlasting life. Now… wages are what you get paid for what you do. And if sin is what you did, then your wages is going to be death. It’s not going to be hell with burning everlasting. That is not true at all. Why do they not teach God’s living truth? 

Brethren, Friends, and Co-Workers in Christ ── we are living in a world with some amazing and astonishing technology and advancements! Like Elon Musk’s new Tesla’s Optimus humanoid robot! And, SpaceX ── just to mention a couple. Yet, on the other hand, we are living in a world of evils that are unimaginable! This world is suffering with heartaches, evils, and troubles the likes of which I cannot imagine. This world is full to the brim with strife and violence and unhappiness and grave discontent. Observations indicate a rise in violence, lawlessness, and disagreements across all platforms.

Truly, this world started off on the wrong foot. Mankind ── which began with Adam ── the LORD God had decreed, as we read in Hebrews 9:27, “ … it is appointed for men to die once, but after this THE JUDGMENT.” So again, all who die in Adam shall be resurrected in Christ and brought back to life. 

This world began with Adam. And he chose poorly ── he chose the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. And because he disobeyed the LORD God ── he partook of what was forbidden and instead believed and obeyed Satan the Devil ── he was then forbidden to partake of the tree of life and live forever in a state of sin and disobedience (Genesis 3:22-24). Because of this decision from Adam, the LORD God closed access to the tree of life, and it was closed until our Lord Jesus Christ ── our second Adam ── came. And even then, access to the glorious tree of life has only been open to a relatively few, only to those that God the Father would call. Because ── and even our Lord Jesus Christ said it, and not very many take this into consideration, “’ No one can come to Me unless the Father who sent Me draws him; …’” – John 6:44.

So, there is no way, on our own, to come to the LORD God, unless our Father calls us. There is no way to get to Father God – who has eternal life – except through Jesus Christ. So, the overall majority of this world cannot get to God. No one can come except the Father who sent Him draws them. “’ For many are called, but few are chosen.’” – Matthew 22:14.

So, the tree of life, the Holy Spirit, remains closed to most of humanity. And, those of this world don’t understand or realize that it is good that the real judgment is not upon this world, as yet. The Apostle Peter writes that it is only the Church of God that is being judged at this time ── “For the time has come for judgment to begin at the house of God; and if it begins with us first, what will be the end of those who do not obey the gospel of God?” – 1 Peter 4:17. Those of this world have not come to being judged – yet.

So, again, “ … in Adam all die, even so in Christ, all shall be made alive.” “ … it is appointed for men to die once, but after this THE JUDGMENT.” When judgment will come on others. Judgment is now on the Church of God, but not on the world. So, a judgment has not yet been made on the majority of our loved ones, our relatives, our friends who have died. And, like what the Apostle Paul certainly desired us to do (1 Thessalonians 4:18 and 5:11), I want to give you some comforting truths.

Adam actually chose the way of Satan the Devil. Adam rejected the LORD God at the very beginning of this world. Adam made his decision. And as we read, “ … for by whom a person is overcome, by him also he is brought into bondage.” -2 Peter 2:19. So many people don’t take time to properly understand and realize this, but Satan the Devil, influenced Adam and has, throughout all generations, influenced all humanity ever since. Satan has deceived all nations. Now… people who are deceived don’t know that they’re deceived. Unless the person is woken up. Because if they knew that they were deceived, then they would no longer be deceived. 

So, it was decreed ── from the foundation of the world, at the very time when Adam had made his fateful decision, that the Lamb of God would come and be our sin-bearer, that He would die for our sins and pay the penalty of sin in our stead on condition of our repentance and our believing in the gospel – cf. Mark 1:15.

So this world is really Satan’s world. Yet, our Lord Jesus said, “ … ‘I will build My church, …’” – Matthew 16:18. And He said that the gates of the grave would not prevail against it. In other words, the church would never cease to exist. He also shows us that it would be but a little flock. 

Notice in 2nd Corinthians chapter 4, verses 3 & 4, we read, “But even if our gospel is veiled, …” the very gospel that our Lord Jesus preached, “ … it is veiled to those who are perishing, 4) whose minds the god of this age has blinded, who do not believe, lest the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, …” – and it’s not a gospel about the person of Christ, but rather the Message Christ brought. “ … who is the image of God, should shine on them.” 

And so, right there, God’s living word shows us that Satan is the “god of this age” ── and sadly, the overall majority who preach do not understand this. Satan the Devil, appears as an angel of light, as a god of light. He claims to be the divine authority. He is a great archangel, a great and powerful spirit being ── who has deceived the whole world (Revelation 12:9). 

Our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, brought us the glorious gospel of the kingdom of God ── which is the government of God. Sadly, nothing has been more twisted and misunderstood than the living truth concerning the kingdom of God! Historically, Augustine of Hippo (whom we at the Church of Jesus Christ Online Ministries do not believe ever was a saint of our glorious LORD God) – Augustine and then later the Roman Catholic Church have identified the Church as the kingdom of God, viewing that Mother Church as the kingdom of God. And they claim that the kingdom of God has already been established, and that Christ came in the person of that Church, whom they call the Vicar of Christ. In other words, in place of Jesus Christ. So, they are claiming that the second coming of our Lord has already taken place – and this is the time of the Millennium.

The majority of Protestants throughout the world believe that the kingdom of God is something sentimental and is set up within men’s hearts. But, in truth, a kingdom is a literal government. And this is what our Lord Jesus came to proclaim. And, He did set up His kingdom on this earth – and it was our Lord Jesus who set it up. And, here’s another truth ── the LORD of the Old Testament, whom the Apostle John called “the Word,” and who was born of the virgin Mary (John 1:14), became our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Most of the churches of this world seemingly don’t know this. They believe that the God of the Old Testament was God the Father ── and sadly, who is betrayed by Hollywood as a ruddy boy called Malak! 

Our Lord Jesus came PROCLAIMING THE KINGDOM OF GOD! It was a prophecy. It is a kingdom ── a kingdom that will unite the world. A kingdom that will engulf all the kingdoms of the world (Revelation 11:15). Our King of kings and Lord of lords is coming to rule all nations! Recall that our Lord Jesus said, “ …’ If I go and prepare a place for you, I WILL COME AGAIN …’” He’s coming as Supreme Ruler over all nations, and will set up a literal kingdom. 

We continue to hear so many people who believe that the kingdom of God is merely set up in the hearts of men, claiming that they are “born again.” We can be begotten in this life, but only our Lord Jesus has been born again – so far. He is the firstborn among many brethren. 1st John 3:2 – “Beloved, now we are children of God; and it has not yet been revealed what we shall be, but we know that when He is revealed, we shall be like Him, for we shall see Him as He is.” He is the firstborn of many brethren. “For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are sons of God.” – Romans 8:14. A begotten child in his mother’s womb is still a child of his mother and father. 

Let’s move along to 2nd Corinthians chapter 11, and verses 13 & 14, the Apostle Paul speaking concerning false apostles that would come along, “deceitful workers, transforming themselves into apostles of Christ” ── coming to you in His name. Our Lord Jesus warned that “ … ‘many will come in My name, saying, ‘I am the Christ,’ and will deceive many.’” And again, this world – as a whole – is deceived and doesn’t know it. “ … And no wonder! For Satan himself transforms himself into an angel of light.” So, he doesn’t portray himself as an evil red-horned goateed pitchfork-wielding creature ── he portrays himself as the authority of divinity. He is “the god of this present age.” “Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also transform themselves into ministers of righteousness, …” – which, of course, they aren’t. They’re deceived. And they might be truly sincere, they could have the greatest of intentions and motives, but, “ … whose end will be according to their works.” 

Around the year 50 AD, there was a false Christianity that rose up and has deceived virtually the whole world. And, Satan the Devil has been deceiving the whole world by this counterfeit Christianity. In the 17th chapter of the Book of Revelation, and verse 5, we read of this apostate Church that is calling herself Christian ── “And on her forehead a name was written …” This is the name that the LORD God has labelled her with. “ … MYSTERY BABYLON THE GREAT …” In other words, this Babylonian mystery religion having become great and ruling over many different nations speaking many different languages. She’s also called “THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND OF THE ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH.” In other words, daughters who have come out of her in protest.

Well… there are so many mysteries like that that our peoples just don’t properly understand, because the world, as a whole, is deceived. They don’t truly understand God’s living word. Nor do they read the Bible to truly understand it. They just pick out a verse here or there and apply their own ideas and ideals to it. But they don’t take the verse in its context and place it together with other verses in their context to get the whole picture ── like putting a jigsaw puzzle together. 

There appears to be no other worldly doctrine that is more prevalent than that of the “immortality of the soul.” God’s living word ── twice ── tells us “the soul who sins shall die.” – Ezekiel 18:4, 20. And the LORD God is speaking here of the second death – of eternal death (Revelation 20:14; 21:8).

Of course, God Most High ── our great Ancient of Days ── knows that this world is deceived. He knows that the real guilt lies with Satan the Devil, yet the LORD God is allowing it. Allowing humanity to live the wrong way, and whatever we sow, that we will reap. And we are reaping wars, famines, pestilences, violence, chaos, and every other evil known and unknown to man. We can send rovers and helicopters to Mars. The marvelous Perseverance that reminds you of Alive No. 5 of Short Circuit, yet the evils are increasing throughout the world at an alarming rate.

Again, the Church that is called “Babylon the Great” in God’s living word – notice the 18th chapter, and verse 4 ── “And I heard another voice from heaven [the atmosphere] saying, ‘COME OUT OF HER MY PEOPLE, …’” And, the LORD God’s people here are the founding stock of the United States of America, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand “ … ‘Come out of her my people, lest you share in her sins, and lest you receive of her plagues.” Which is the Mother Church and her daughter churches. They are deceived churches. And, again, many of them may indeed be sincere, yet they are deceived. Their people have been brought up from childbirth being taught “as gospel” what those around them believe. Most parents pass on their religion and political affiliation to their children. And the majority of our peoples just assume those teachings as “gospel truth,” taking it all for granted ── including the existence of God in many cases. And most are dyed-in-the-wool advocates that will never change.

While we’re here in the Book of Revelation, take a look at chapter 12. “ … the great dragon was cast out, that serpent of old, called the Devil and Satan, WHO DECEIVES THE WHOLE WORLD; …” – vs. 9. So, this entire world is deceived. And, you may be sincere. But we’ve all been deceived. Now… the LORD God began to call me in the summer of ’81, and began to open my eyes and ears to what the world around me was teaching and preaching as “gospel truth.” What I am trying to proclaim to you is God’s Way. And it was our Lord Jesus Christ who brought His Message ── the gospel Message. Now, these churches proclaim a message about Christ. But our Lord Jesus was a Messenger who was sent from Father God, bearing an important Message concerning the kingdom of God and concerning salvation. 

Again, “For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ, all shall be made alive.” And during that “Great White Throne Judgment,” it will be our Lord Jesus Christ who will be ruling in His kingdom as King of kings and Lord of lords! And then, all people are going to begin learning the living Word of God, the Truth of God, and the Plan of God ── with Satan the Devil and his minions having been bound and not around to deceive the nations anymore.

The Two Resurrections. □               

GOD – the GREAT LIFE GIVER!

In this article, let’s go through some of the New Testament and see why it is that a great many people believe exactly opposite of what God’s living word truly says – and they are participating and practicing customs that are the very antithesis of the things that our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, did. Because He said that we should do as He did, and that we should follow His example. 

Why are there people worldwide who believe things that were never believed by our Lord Jesus ── never taught by our Lord Jesus? And, for that matter, never believed or taught by the Church of God that He founded?

So, with your Bible in front of you, let’s go through some of the Books of the New Testament on what our Lord Jesus did teach, as well as what He did not teach. He certainly didn’t teach what so many people are taught and believe throughout the world. Turn to the 5th chapter of the Book of John ── 

“’ For as the Father has life in Himself, so He has granted the Son to have life in Himself, 27) and has given Him authority to execute judgment also, because He is the Son of Man. 28) DO NOT MARVEL at this; for the hour is coming in which all who are in the graves will hear His voice 29) and come forth …’” – John 5:26-28, 29. 

So, where will they be? Well… not up in the third heaven. They will be in their graves, their tombs, their catacombs. And, they shall “ …’ hear His voice and come forth──those who have done good, to the resurrection of life, and those who have done evil, to the resurrection of [judgment]’” – vs 29. 

Notice: Two Resurrections mentioned. One, a resurrection unto life, and the other to judgment. Now, let’s grab our magnifying glass and look more closely at this. Our Lord Jesus DID NOT speak as if there were anyone up in the third heaven that is hearing His voice. In fact, He emphatically says, “’ No one has ascended to heaven but He who came down from heaven, …’” – John 3:13.

Speaking in the third person, He Himself is the Son of Man. He has been with Father God from eternity. We read of this in the 1st chapter of the Book of John ── that He was the Logos, the Word (the Spokesman). And, the word Logos (λόγος) in Greek means the Word. It means the One who does the speaking, who delivers the word. So, our Lord Jesus speaks, and it is done. “’ In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. … 3) All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made. … 14) And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.” – John 1, 3, 14; vs 14 KJV.

So, we see here that the Word became our Lord Jesus Christ, and the fact that He has been with Father God from eternity. 

GOD Is... the Life Giver

Now, in a sermon some years ago ── and I believe we have this in article and in audio ── we were looking into scientific proof of the existence of God. Here, let’s focus on whether God is life and has life inherent. Because, after all, where did life come from? Did it ── as so many dreamers proclaim ── arrive on Earth clinging to an asteroid from outer space? Did life originate from what the likes of Carl Sagan had argued? “That the early atmosphere of the Earth was hydrogen-rich, and that the origin of life occurred before the hydrogen was lost, and that such gases sparked, creating life. That life began in the ocean with temperatures that began to fall and the amino-acids, and the proteins and the nucleotides – and how these different chemicals and the different aspects of this old earth – which condensed out of interstellar gas and dust some 4.5 billion years ago – and how they came together to form the earliest stages of life – a kind of organic soup!?” 1

How is it that matter comes alive? And what we found is that science can prove that life cannot come from non-life. Life cannot be imparted from the absence of life. LIFE ONLY COMES FROM LIFE. And we have proved, beyond any shadow of doubt, that the LORD God (the Elohim, the family of God, which at this time consists of God the Father and our Lord Jesus Christ) is the ONLY SOURCE from whom all life has come. Our Lord and Savior says, “’ For as the Father has life in Himself, so He has granted the Son to have life in Himself.’” – John 5:26.

So, God is life, and has life inherent in Himself. What is “life inherent”? It literally means life that exists in someone as a permanent and inseparable element. And sadly, billions of our peoples worldwide have been deceived into believing that they have this life inherent. A life that will survive after this physical body dies, a life that will live for eternity. And I’m sorry to burst your bubble, but let me tell you point-blank. You have been trusting in people without any evidence. Kinda like the Russiagate ── but let’s not get into that. Because the LORD God’s living word says exactly the opposite. We have no life inherent in ourselves. Life comes from the LORD God. And God has not given eternal life to human beings. In fact ── and I’ve mentioned this several times ── that even if Adam had taken of the tree of life,  he was going to die anyway, no matter if they were to choose the tree of life or the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. He did not impart eternal life to Adam. There is nowhere in Scripture that speaks about man having eternal life. 

God Personally Taught Adam 

The LORD God (the Elohim) taught Adam, whom They created, in the Way that would have made them much happier. The LORD God “took the man and put him in the garden of Eden to tend and keep it” – Genesis 2:15. It was literally Paradise on Earth. Well… There Were These Two Trees that were in the midst of the garden. One tree, the tree of life. The other, the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. And, the LORD God had commanded Adam & Eve, saying, “’ Of every tree of the garden you may freely eat; 17) but of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil YOU SHALL NOT EAT, in the day that you eat of it you shall surely die.’” – Genesis 2:16 17.

So, there was eternal life available in the garden of Eden ── the tree of life. But, Adam & Eve never took of that tree, they did not gain eternal life. And, again, the LORD God did not create Adam & Eve with eternal life. And, if anyone reading, watching, or listening to this ── if you can find it within God’s living word, let me know! Show me Scripture that says that the LORD God did! But eternal life was available in the garden of Eden. 

The LORD God said, “ … ‘in the day that you eat of it you shall surely die.’”    

Then, the enchanting Whisperer came along. “ … that serpent of old, called the Devil and Satan, who deceives the whole world; …” – Revelation 12:9 and said to the woman, ‘O, here, here now. God knows better. Listen Linda, God is lying to you! You can’t believe God! The LORD God is trying to deceive you. Believe me. It is I who has divine authority. Why… just look at that tree. It’s good for food. Isn’t it pleasant to the eyes?’ And indeed, “ … when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree desirable to make one wise, she took of its fruit and ate.” – Genesis 3:6. 

And Satan, shrieking with glee, said to the woman, ‘Ah! Excellent! Now you’ll be just like the LORD God. You will not surely die! You now have life inherent ── you are now immortal.’ – Genesis 3:4, paraphrased. 

But what did the LORD God say to her? “ …’ in the day that you eat of it you shall surely die.’” – speaking of the second death. The eternal death (see: Revelation 20:14; 21:8). “ …’ The soul who sins shall die.’” – Ezekiel 18:4, 20.

Man’s FIRST Sin    

I was watching the old Hollywood Squares ── the one with the original host, Peter Marshall ── and the question of “What was the original sin?” came up. And I quickly answered. “Believing a lie!” But, the famous actor in the square answered, “Eating from the forbidden fruit.” And that’s the standard answer. But, in reality, it was when Adam & Eve believed that most diabolical of lies that spewed forth from Satan the Devil’s mouth, “’ You will not surely die.’” A lie that claims that you have an immortal soul and that you are just like God. Friends, are you continuing to believe this lie ── the Most Horrendous Lie Perpetrated Upon Mankind ── in this twenty-first century? Sadly, nearly everyone on this planet has come to believe this first lie.

Adolf Hitler wrote in his book Mein Kampf, “In the big lie there is always a certain force of credibility; because the broad masses of a nation are always more easily corrupted in the deeper strata of their emotional nature than consciously or voluntarily; and thus in the primitive simplicity of their minds they more readily fall victims to the big lie than the small lie.” His Minister of Propaganda, Joseph Goebbels, simplified this by saying, “If you tell a lie big enough and keep repeating it, people will eventually come to believe it.”

And look what happened. Adam & Eve believed Satan the Devil, thinking that they could be like God ── knowing (or rather, determining for themselves) good and evil. For that is what they desired. That is what they lusted after. That one tree that belongs to God, and to God alone. The knowledge of good and evil. They reached out and stole what the LORD God had commanded them not to touch. Now… they had another god ── an angel of light ── and they obey him! 

The Apostle Paul – under divine inspiration – tells us, “Do you not know that to whom you present yourselves slaves to obey, you are that one’s slaves whom you obey, whether of sin leading to death, or of obedience leading to righteousness?” – Romans 6:16.  

They obeyed Satan. They disobeyed the LORD God. They dishonored their Father ── indeed, they were the children of God. In Apostle Luke’s version of the genealogy of our Lord Jesus, you’ll see that it ends with “the son of Enosh, the son of Seth, the son of Adam, the son of God.” – Luke 3:38. And so, Adam was a direct creation of God. Adam was the son of God. He was not born ── and he did not have a belly button. He was created.

Also ── and I won’t go deep into here in this article ── but, in chapter 3 of the Book of Genesis, the LORD God announced, “’ Behold, the man has become like one of Us, to know good and evil.’ … 23) therefore the LORD God sent him out of the garden of Eden to till the ground from which he was taken.” – Genesis 3:22, 23. 

The LORD God drove man out of the garden of Eden because they had sinned against Them. And, again, “ … sin is lawlessness.” – 1 John 3:4.

They broke the Law of God. They broke the TEN COMMANDMENTS. And, “ … He placed cherubim at the east of the garden of Eden, and a flaming sword which turned every way, to guard the Way to the tree of life.” – vs. 24.

Lest… and focus on this… lest they go back into the garden of Eden, take of the tree of life, and gain eternal life upon their death. And how had they decided that they would live for all eternity? The same as Lucifer ── now known as Satan the Devil. An eternal life in rebellion against the LORD God! 

Adam Never Gained Eternal Life      

As I’ve been mentioning, had they chosen the tree of life, they would still have lived out their days and died; and indeed we find this did happen, “So all the days that Adam lived were 930 years; and he died” – Genesis 5:5 – but would have, after losing consciousness, “in the twinkling of an eye,” been resurrected unto eternal life! The LORD God never granted Adam eternal life. But rather, drove out the man from the garden of Eden lest he go back and eat of the tree of life, and gain eternal life. Why was man now forbidden to eat of the tree of life? Because man had chosen rebellion against the LORD God, of disobeying the Law of God. And, the LORD God had no desire for another being, IN DISOBEDIENCE, having eternal life ── as what had occurred with Lucifer. And, this is the way we’ve been living in this mortal life – in disobedience to the LORD God! You have been living in accordance with and in the customs of men. According to the way of this civilization, this society ── which was originally built upon the kingdom of Babel, Erech, Accad, and Calneh, in the land of Shinar – see. Genesis 10:8-12. All build upon pagan reasoning, contrary to the holy and righteous Law of God. Just the way that Adam began living – under the spiritual influence of Satan the Devil.

So, man had chosen the way of life that was only going to bring ── in the end ── sorrows, sufferings, and unhappiness. As our Lord Jesus has said, “’ There will be weeping and gnashing of teeth, when you see Abraham and Isaac and Jacob and all the prophets in the kingdom of God, and yourselves thrust out.’” – Luke 13:28. What kind of God would They (cf. Genesis 1:26) have been if They had let Adam & Eve live ── in that state of rebellion ── for all eternity? It would have been a tragic outcome! Adam & Eve would have lived forever in sin and rebellion against the LORD God, without the possibility of salvation through the death of our Lord Jesus Christ.

So, returning to this, our Lord Jesus said, “’ For as the Father has life-giving power in Himself, so has the Son, by the Father’s gift.” – John 5:26, NEB.

Yes. Life came from some place ── and it has come from the LORD God! God created matter. Matter is defined as a material substance that constitutes the observable universe. God has life inherent in Himself. God is the great LIFE GIVER.

So, the Word, who became our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, “emptied Himself, taking the form of a bond-servant, and being made in the likeness of men” – He divested Himself. And, contrary to the false doctrine of kenosis, which claims, and I quote: “In coming to earth, the Son of God did not cease to be God.” 2 Because, if that was true, He could have resurrected Himself. But He did not. It was God the Father who raised our Lord Jesus – cf. Acts 2:24. Our Lord Himself said, “’ I am He who lives, and was dead, and behold, I am alive forevermore. Amen. …’” – Revelation 1:18. Well… God cannot die, yet He did. Because He had divested Himself of His glory and power and came down to this earth as a human being to die for the sins of all mankind. He plainly said that He could of Himself do NOTHING. (John 5:30).

So, once again, by the glorious gift of Father God, our Lord Jesus Christ was resurrected unto life ── life inherent. 

“And this is the TESTIMONY: that God has given us eternal life, and this life is in His Son. 12) He who has the Son has life; he who does not have the Son of God DOES NOT HAVE LIFE.” – 1 John 5:11-12.

So, here it is IN BLACK AND WHITE! If you have not the Son of God, you have no life ── no eternal life ── abiding in you! 

Again ── not only are you being taught that our Lord Jesus Christ didn’t really die, because “the Son of God did not cease to be God” ── but you’re also being taught the very first lie that Satan the Devil spewed forth from his mouth! “’ You will not surely die.’” And mankind has believed it ever since. But the LORD God has never taught you that! □
