Iran Says It Will Go "Nuclear"!

IRAN ── currently, and still, one of four countries designated under the U.S. Department of State’s sponsor of terrorism-- is claiming that they are taking steps ── including nuclear steps ── because of President Donald Trump’s dire warnings against its continued assistance to various terrorist organizations and their proxies.

Iran will have 'no choice' but to get nukes if attacked, says Khamenei adviser

Iran would have to acquire a nuclear weapon if attacked by the United States or its allies, an adviser to the country’s supreme leader warned on Monday, following a threat by US President Donald Trump.

The comments came after Iran’s supreme leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, promised to hit back if Trump carried out a threat to bomb the Islamic republic if it did not make a deal to curb its nuclear programme.

“We are not moving towards (nuclear) weapons, but if you do something wrong in the Iranian nuclear issue, you will force Iran to move towards that because it has to defend itself,” Khamenei’s adviser Ali Larijani told state TV.

“Iran does not want to do this, but … (it) will have no choice,” he added.

“If at some point you (the US) move towards bombing by yourself or through Israel, you will force Iran to make a different decision.”

Trump said on Saturday, “there will be bombing” if Iran did not agree on a nuclear deal, according to NBC News, which said he also threatened to punish Tehran with what he called “secondary tariffs”.

Iranian officials have recently threatened the following responses to a US-Israeli strike on Iran. These courses of action are not mutually exclusive.

>> Attack US bases and forces: Iranian officials have repeatedly explicitly threatened to attack US bases and forces in the region in recent months.[7] An unspecified senior Iranian military official told Western media on March 29 that Iran would target Diego Garcia Island in the Indian Ocean if the United States attacked Iran.[8] The United States has recently increased its military presence at Diego Garcia Island, according to commercially available satellite imagery.[9] An anonymous official also told Tehran Times that Iran’s missile launchers at its underground bases are loaded with missiles and “ready for launch.”[10] Iran’s reported current maximum missile range is 2000 kilometers (km), and its reported maximum drone range is around 2500km.[11] Diego Garcia Island is located about 3700km from Iran’s southernmost city, …

>> Disrupt international trade: IRGC Navy Commander Admiral Alireza Tangsiri suggested on March 29 that Iran may close the Strait of Hormuz if the United States and Israel attack Iran.[13] Tangsiri also threatened to seize ships if Iranian ships were seized.

>>  Conduct a direct attack on Israel: Senior Iranian military commanders have recently resurfaced threats to conduct another missile attack on Israel.[14] Iran unveiled its latest precision-guided ballistic missile called the “Etemad” in February 2025.[15] Iranian media referred to the missile as the “Israeli ballistic missile” because it can reportedly hit key targets across Israel.[16] Iran’s stockpile of medium-range missiles, or missiles that can reach Israel, has been severely depleted following the April and October 2024 Israeli airstrikes on Iran, however.

Iranian officials have publicly stated that they are unwilling to make concessions to reach a new nuclear deal with the United States under President Trump’s desired timeline or terms.

Brethren, Friends, and Co-Workers in Christ ── we certainly are in a time that our Lord Jesus Christ says that we would “ …’ hear of wars and rumors of wars. …’” And, He added, “ …’ See that you are not troubled; for all these things must come to pass, but the end [the end of this present evil age] is not yet.’” – Matthew 24:6.

God’s living, immutable word points to an Iranian-backed Islamic confederation of countries attacking and causing grave damage to the city of David ── we are getting ever-closer to this prophetic two-fold fulfillment!

“Therefore I said, ‘Look away from me, I will weep bitterly; Do not labor to comfort me Because of the plundering of the daughter of my people.’ 5) For it is a day of trouble [speaking of the Day of the Lord; what is also called “Jacob’s trouble”] and treading down and perplexity By the Lord GOD of hosts In the Valley of Vision ── Breaking down the walls And crying to the mountain.

6) Elam bore the quiver With chariots of men and horsemen, And Kir uncovered the shield. 7) It shall come to pass that your choicest valleys Shall be full of chariots, And the horsemen shall set themselves in array at the gate.”

Continuing with verses 8 & 9 – “He [Almighty God] removed the protection of JUDAH. You looked in that day to the armor of the House of the Forest; 9) You also saw the damage to the city of David, That it was great; …”

Elam is a reference to at least some in Iran.

Certainly, this grave damage will cause JUDAH (modern-day Israel) to protect themselves ── and rightly so!

This could easily occur in 2025! □
